MBSR 8 Week Course
Apart from the usual services for body therapy, I now offer sessions in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which can be done personally in live-settings or online. I have been trained in this technique and have been working with it very successfully for about a year.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is based on an 8-week program of one double hour per week. The method is clinically validated and a great way to work on stress processing mechanisms and to sensitize your own body awareness. But it also helps to better understand persistent reaction patterns and to solve them successfully.
Group sessions are possible for groups of 5 persons or more, but currently only online. By splitting the total costs between all group participants, this option is correspondingly cheaper. The privacy can also be maintained online.
